HOW IT WORKS

Scene detection — ffmpeg finds every visual cut in your video. Falls back to uniform sampling (every 4 s) when the clip has no cuts.

Panel crop — Each still is cropped to one of three shapes: full (9:16), inset (narrowed), or square — cycled automatically.

Speech bubbles — A JSON beat sheet maps dialogue to panels. Too many beats? They merge into one bubble with a warning.

One HTML file — out/index.html stacks every panel with loading="lazy". Share it, open it offline, embed it anywhere.
